Garrido revel\u00f3 importantes deficiencias estructurales en la edificaci\u00f3n, las cuales comprometen su seguridad y durabilidad. Estas fallas, clasificadas como vicios de construcci\u00f3n, motivaron a la Alcald\u00eda y al Concejo de Regidores a gestionar de inmediato acciones correctivas ante los organismos competentes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"776\" data-end=\"1294\">El estudio fue solicitado por la administraci\u00f3n municipal con el objetivo de garantizar la integridad estructural del inmueble, ubicado en la calle s\/n, lateral al antiguo ingenio de Montellano. Entre los hallazgos m\u00e1s relevantes, se identific\u00f3 que las losas presentan desplazamientos en sus centros superiores a los l\u00edmites permitidos por la norma ACI-318-2019, adem\u00e1s de que los muros de mamposter\u00eda armada no cumplen con las cargas estructurales exigidas por el Ministerio de Obras P\u00fablicas y Comunicaciones (MOPC).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1296\" data-end=\"1608\">Asimismo, se detect\u00f3 la presencia de filtraciones visibles en el interior de la capilla y agrietamientos en las paredes. Aunque no se observaron fallas por asentamiento en los pisos, las deflexiones de las losas superan los valores admisibles, lo que representa un riesgo para la estabilidad futura del edificio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1610\" data-end=\"1752\">El alcalde H\u00e9ctor Almonte, junto a los regidores, expres\u00f3 su compromiso con la seguridad de los ciudadanos y la transparencia en el proceso:<\/p>\n<blockquote data-start=\"1753\" data-end=\"1992\">\n<p data-start=\"1755\" data-end=\"1992\">\u201cHemos recibido este informe t\u00e9cnico con la seriedad que amerita, y estamos actuando de inmediato para garantizar que la Funeraria Municipal cumpla con las condiciones necesarias para ofrecer un servicio digno y seguro a nuestro pueblo\u201d.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1994\" data-end=\"2276\">Almonte tambi\u00e9n destac\u00f3 que, en coordinaci\u00f3n con el Concejo de Regidores, se han iniciado las diligencias correspondientes ante organismos como ONESVIE, con el fin de asegurar que las intervenciones se realicen conforme a las normativas vigentes y bajo supervisi\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica adecuada.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"2278\" data-end=\"2446\">La Alcald\u00eda de Montellano reafirma as\u00ed su compromiso con el bienestar comunitario,
