De acuerdo con la nota oficial de la Divisi\u00f3n Caribe de la<strong>\u00a0DEA<\/strong>, estos individuos integran una\u00a0<strong>estructura criminal transnacional<\/strong>\u00a0dedicada al\u00a0<strong>tr\u00e1fico de drogas<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>lavado de activos<\/strong>\u00a0y sicariato.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La\u00a0<strong>orden de arresto<\/strong>\u00a0que pesa sobre ellos es la No. 2025-AJ0041408, por violaciones a m\u00faltiples art\u00edculos del C\u00f3digo Penal Dominicano y de la\u00a0<strong>Ley 155-17<\/strong> sobre Lavado de Activos y Financiamiento del Terrorismo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La alerta fue emitida por la\u00a0<strong>Polic\u00eda Nacional<\/strong>, en coordinaci\u00f3n con la\u00a0<strong>Procuradur\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica<\/strong>\u00a0(PGR), la Direcci\u00f3n Nacional de Control de Drogas (DNCD), la Direcci\u00f3n Central de Investigaci\u00f3n (Dicrim), la Oficina Central Nacional Interpol Santo Domingo y la agencia antidrogas estadounidense DEA.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\"La\u00a0<strong>Operaci\u00f3n Jaguar<\/strong>\u00a0es una declaraci\u00f3n contundente: La\u00a0<strong>Rep\u00fablica Dominicana<\/strong>\u00a0no es, ni ser\u00e1 jam\u00e1s, un refugio para el\u00a0<strong>narcotr\u00e1fico<\/strong>, ni para el<strong>\u00a0c\u00e1rtel de Sinaloa<\/strong>, ni para ninguna\u00a0<strong>organizaci\u00f3n criminal<\/strong>\", se\u00f1ala el documento de la DEA.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En el comunicado firmado por el comandante especial Michael Miranda, de la divisi\u00f3n Caribe de la DEA, se establece: \"Que la\u00a0<strong>Operaci\u00f3n Jaguar<\/strong>\u00a0sea una advertencia y una promesa\".<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Del\u00a0<strong>c\u00e1rtel de Sinaloa<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El\u00a0<strong>c\u00e1rtel de Sinaloa<\/strong>\u00a0es considerado una de las organizaciones criminales m\u00e1s poderosas y temidas del mundo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Fundado por\u00a0<strong>Joaqu\u00edn \"El Chapo\" Guzm\u00e1n<\/strong>\u00a0e Ismael \"el Mayo\" Zambada, ha operado durante d\u00e9cadas una vasta red de\u00a0<strong>narcotr\u00e1fico<\/strong>, enviando enormes cargamentos de drogas (incluido fentanilo) hacia Estados Unidos y respondiendo con extrema violencia a los intentos de desmantelamiento.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ayer, el boxeador Julio C\u00e9sar Ch\u00e1vez Jr., fue\u00a0<strong>apresado<\/strong>\u00a0en los Estados Unidos\u00a0 por participar en acciones del\u00a0<strong>crimen organizado<\/strong>\u00a0y tr\u00e1fico de armas. Se anunci\u00f3 que ser\u00eda deportado pr\u00f3ximamente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Seg\u00fan\u00a0<em>The New York Times<\/em>, este c\u00e1rtel ha funcionado bajo un modelo tipo \"paraguas\", compuesto por\u00a0<strong>m\u00faltiples c\u00e9lulas<\/strong> que operan en decenas de pa\u00edses para traficar drogas y lavar miles de millones de d\u00f3lares.\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">\"<strong>Los Rugrats MZ<\/strong>\"<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Constituyen una c\u00e9lula de perfil m\u00e1s bajo de la agrupaci\u00f3n. El grupo tiene su base de operaciones en el sur de Culiac\u00e1n, y estar\u00eda encabezado por el denominado \"<strong>Carlitos<\/strong>\", uno de los cuatro hombres buscados por las\u00a0<strong>autoridades dominicanas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Los Rugrats<\/strong>\u00a0por su presencia activa en redes sociales, donde circulan narcocorridos que exaltan sus actividades y videos colgados en\u00a0<em>TikTok<\/em>.<\/p>\n<div class=\"my-12 component web-insert relative border bg-component\"><span class=\"text-xl block my-3 component-title glosa\"><strong>Un dominicano vinculado por las autoridades al c\u00e1rtel de Sinaloa<\/strong><\/span>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tambi\u00e9n ayer , el Ministerio P\u00fablic\u00f3 (MP) inform\u00f3 el arresto de Yeyson Rojas Mosquea, presentado por fiscales de la Direcci\u00f3n General de Persecuci\u00f3n del Ministerio P\u00fablico y la Fiscal\u00eda de la provincia S\u00e1nchez Ram\u00edrez, como parte de una red de narcotr\u00e1fico, lavado de activos y sicariato vinculada al crimen transnacional, espec\u00edficamente al C\u00e1rtel de Sinaloa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las autoridades indicaron que solicitaron prisi\u00f3n preventiva y que mantienen abierta una investigaci\u00f3n sobre una estructura criminal que opera entre Rep\u00fablica Dominicana y M\u00e9xico, la cual se dedica al tr\u00e1fico de drogas, tr\u00e1fico de armas, lavado de activos, sicariatos y otras actividades criminales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Precisaron que como parte de las investigaciones, el pasado martes 1 de julio, el MP, junto a la Polic\u00eda Nacional y la Direcci\u00f3n de Control de Drogas, con el apoyo del Ministerio de Defensa, la DEA y la Oficina de Aduanas y Protecci\u00f3n Fronteriza de Estados Unidos (CBP), ejecut\u00f3 una operaci\u00f3n en contra de una c\u00e9lula del cartel mexicano de Sinaloa.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Seg\u00fan el MP, dicha c\u00e9lula orden\u00f3 y pag\u00f3 por el asesinato del teniente policial retirado Juan Luis Castro Custodio (el Polin) y el intento de asesinato de Jos\u00e9 Francisco Del Orbe Pe\u00f1a (Gueil\u00f3n), el 10 de febrero de 2025, en el sector Los Cocos, de Cotu\u00ed. Los hechos criminales ocurridos all\u00ed, explic\u00f3 el MP al tribunal: \"fueron ordenados y planificados por miembros del cartel de Sinaloa en complicidad con ciudadanos dominicanos, como parte de
