style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Distrito Municipal de Cabarete, Puerto Plata<\/strong>.\u2013 Las autoridades arrestaron al ciudadano canadiense Justin James durante un allanamiento realizado el pasado s\u00e1bado en su residencia ubicada en el residencial Costa Azul, en Cabarete.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En la operaci\u00f3n, ejecutada por miembros de las fuerzas del orden, fueron incautadas varias armas de fuego presuntamente ilegales, as\u00ed como sustancias que se presume son controladas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Justin James, quien reside desde hace varios a\u00f1os en el \u00e1rea, es propietario de varios negocios en la zona, entre ellos Coconut Car Rentals y el Hotel Paradise, ambos localizados en el referido residencial.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con informaciones obtenidas por este medio, el extranjero habr\u00eda estado vinculado previamente a conflictos con otros residentes del sector, siendo descrito por algunos como una persona conflictiva que utilizaba amenazas como m\u00e9todo de intimidaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las autoridades informaron que las investigaciones contin\u00faan, en tanto el Ministerio P\u00fablico evaluar\u00e1 las medidas legales que se impondr\u00e1n en su contra.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La comunidad de
