La familia busca la localizaci\u00f3n del ni\u00f1o, quien fue sustra\u00eddo por su padre, identificado como Esmailin Peralta Almonte.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Seg\u00fan la denuncia realizada hoy en el <strong>programa Esto No es Radio<\/strong>, el hecho ocurri\u00f3 tras un seguimiento orquestado por Peralta Almonte con ayuda de un motoconchista. Almonte esperaba en la casa de los abuelos, y fue alertado por el motoconchista cuando la guagua de transporte de empleados lleg\u00f3 de la zona franca, donde trabajaba la hoy occisa. Desde que Mercedes Altagracia F\u00e9lix Reyes se baj\u00f3 del autob\u00fas, Peralta Almonte comenz\u00f3 a disparar. Luego de quitarle la vida a la joven, el hombre no huy\u00f3 solo; se llev\u00f3 al ni\u00f1o, lo rapt\u00f3 y se fue. Hasta la fecha se encuentra pr\u00f3fugo con el menor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El menor, hijo de la pareja, requiere cuidados especiales debido a que presenta autismo algo que desespera a\u00fan m\u00e1s a la familia ya que la madre era devota al cuidado especial de su hijo. El padre se rehusaba a aceptar esta condici\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La pareja estaba separada hac\u00eda cinco a\u00f1os y seg\u00fan versiones de la familia, Peralta no lo aceptaba. La madre hab\u00eda interpuesto <strong>denuncias <\/strong>previas. En agosto, se dict\u00f3 una orden de alejamiento contra Peralta Almonte por haber violado una orden de protecci\u00f3n anterior.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Participaci\u00f3n del motoconchista<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Seg\u00fan la versi\u00f3n de la denunciante, \"el motoconchista\u00a0estaba acechando la guagua que llegara del trabajo. Cuando lleg\u00f3 la guagua del trabajo,\u00a0lo llam\u00f3 a \u00e9l que estaba en la casa de mi madre, que \u00e9l comi\u00f3 y bebi\u00f3 en la casa de los abuelos.\u00a0Ten\u00eda denuncia. Tiene ah\u00ed \u00f3rdenes de alejamiento\".<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Al acudir a la fiscal\u00eda, la familia relata que el fiscal Henry Arias les solicit\u00f3 buscar los videos del suceso en el pueblo.
