{"id":158613,"date":"2025-11-06T11:29:51","date_gmt":"2025-11-06T15:29:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/infoelnuevonorte.com\/?p=158613"},"modified":"2025-11-06T12:13:33","modified_gmt":"2025-11-06T16:13:33","slug":"mexico-prepara-un-plan-contra-el-abuso-sexual-tras-el-caso-de-acoso-contra-sheinbaum","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/infoelnuevonorte.com\/?p=158613","title":{"rendered":"M\u00e9xico prepara un plan contra el abuso sexual tras el caso de acoso contra Sheinbaum"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"nota-texto\">\n<!--[if lt IE 9]><script>document.createElement('audio');<\/script><![endif]-->\n<audio class=\"wp-audio-shortcode\" id=\"audio-158613-1\" preload=\"none\" style=\"width: 100%;\" controls=\"controls\"><source type=\"audio\/mpeg\" src=\"https:\/\/infoelnuevonorte.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/ttsmaker-vip-file-2025-11-6-11-29-17.mp3?_=1\" \/><a href=\"https:\/\/infoelnuevonorte.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/ttsmaker-vip-file-2025-11-6-11-29-17.mp3\">https:\/\/infoelnuevonorte.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/ttsmaker-vip-file-2025-11-6-11-29-17.mp3<\/a><\/audio>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"Links p\u00e1rrafos\"><strong>Ciudad de M\u00e9xico.\u2013<\/strong> El <strong>Gobierno de M\u00e9xico<\/strong> anunci\u00f3 este jueves un <strong>plan integral<\/strong> contra el <strong>abuso sexual<\/strong> con el objetivo de agilizar las denuncias, mejorar la <strong>atenci\u00f3n<\/strong> a las v\u00edctimas y promover un cambio cultural, en un contexto donde este <strong>delito<\/strong> no est\u00e1 homologado en los c\u00f3digos penales de las 32 entidades del pa\u00eds y tras el episodio de acoso que sufri\u00f3 la presidenta, <strong>Claudia Sheinbaum<\/strong>, durante un recorrido a pie el martes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"Links p\u00e1rrafos\">Durante la conferencia de prensa presidencial, la <strong>secretaria de las Mujeres<\/strong>, Citlalli <strong>Hern\u00e1ndez<\/strong>, present\u00f3 la <strong>estrategia<\/strong> desde Palacio Nacional y envi\u00f3 un <strong>mensaje directo<\/strong> a la poblaci\u00f3n femenina.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"Links p\u00e1rrafos\">El plan llega luego de que el martes un hombre acos\u00f3 y toc\u00f3 sin su consentimiento a la presidenta <strong>Claudia Sheinbaum<\/strong>, cuando caminaba y saludaba a ciudadanos en un corto recorrido a pie por el Centro Hist\u00f3rico, a unos metros de Palacio Nacional, en la capital mexicana.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"Links p\u00e1rrafos\">Horas m\u00e1s tarde, autoridades federales confirmaron que el agresor, identificado como <strong>Uriel Rivera Mart\u00ednez<\/strong>, fue <strong>arrestado<\/strong> y remitido a la <strong>Fiscal\u00eda de Delitos Sexuales<\/strong> de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"Links p\u00e1rrafos\">Con este plan, el Gobierno busca que el <strong>abuso sexual<\/strong> sea considerado <strong>delito grave<\/strong> en todos los <strong>estados<\/strong>. Actualmente, de acuerdo con el diagn\u00f3stico oficial, 19 <strong>estados<\/strong> tienen amplios criterios y agravantes, nueve lo tipifican, pero con definiciones limitadas y cuatro no definen claramente el <strong>delito<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"Links p\u00e1rrafos\">\"Lo que nos ha instruido la presidenta es (&#8230;) buscar que el <strong>delito<\/strong> de <strong>abuso sexual<\/strong> sea similar en todas las entidades de la Rep\u00fablica para que la sanci\u00f3n sea contundente y las mujeres sepan que pueden denunciar\", explic\u00f3 <strong>Hern\u00e1ndez<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"Links p\u00e1rrafos\">Seg\u00fan detall\u00f3, el <strong>C\u00f3digo Penal Federal<\/strong> <strong>castiga<\/strong> el <strong>abuso sexual<\/strong> con seis a diez a\u00f1os de <strong>prisi\u00f3n<\/strong> y hasta 200 d\u00edas de multa, con penas mayores si hay violencia f\u00edsica o si la v\u00edctima es menor o persona en situaci\u00f3n de vulnerabilidad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"Links p\u00e1rrafos\">La funcionaria subray\u00f3 que el <strong>abuso sexual<\/strong> es un <strong>delito<\/strong> y que el objetivo central del plan es \"fortalecer toda la <strong>respuesta institucional<\/strong>, sobre todo en la <strong>atenci\u00f3n<\/strong> y procuraci\u00f3n de justicia hacia las mujeres\", adem\u00e1s de lograr que \"las mujeres se sientan m\u00e1s seguras, que denuncien de manera mucho m\u00e1s \u00e1gil\".<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Denuncias m\u00e1s r\u00e1pidas y campa\u00f1as<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"Links p\u00e1rrafos\">Entre las acciones, destac\u00f3 la creaci\u00f3n de <strong>mecanismos<\/strong> para reducir <strong>tiempos de denuncia<\/strong> y mejorar la <strong>atenci\u00f3n<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"Links p\u00e1rrafos\">El plan incluye <strong>campa\u00f1as nacionales<\/strong> para <strong>identificar la violencia<\/strong>, impulsar la denuncia y <strong>sensibilizar a los hombres<\/strong>. \"Muchas veces las violencias que vivimos las normalizamos o no sabemos que son un <strong>delito<\/strong>\", dijo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"Links p\u00e1rrafos\">El Gobierno, apunt\u00f3, reforzar\u00e1 la l\u00ednea de <strong>atenci\u00f3n<\/strong> 079 y y <strong>capacitar<\/strong>\u00e1 a ministerios p\u00fablicos, fiscal\u00edas y jueces para que act\u00faen con <strong>perspectiva de g\u00e9nero<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"Links p\u00e1rrafos\">Tambi\u00e9n se <strong>capacitar<\/strong>\u00e1 a conductores y personal del <strong>transporte p\u00fablico<\/strong> para prevenir el <strong>abuso sexual<\/strong>, un espacio donde frecuentemente ocurren agresiones.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"Links p\u00e1rrafos\">El <strong>25 de noviembre<\/strong>, <strong>D\u00eda Internacional<\/strong> de la Eliminaci\u00f3n de la <strong>Violencia contra las Mujeres<\/strong>, el Gobierno presentar\u00e1 avances del plan e iniciar\u00e1 la campa\u00f1a nacional.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"Links p\u00e1rrafos\"><strong>Hern\u00e1ndez<\/strong> tambi\u00e9n <strong>llam\u00f3 a los hombres<\/strong> a <strong>revisar comportamientos<\/strong> normalizados que constituyen violencia \"todas esas conductas, actitudes, acciones que se han normalizado (&#8230;) y que en realidad son parte de expresiones machistas o que
