Las entidades afectadas son: Comerdon, SRL; Inversiones Qtek, SRL; Condelca, SRL; Tingley Business, SRL; Mediterr\u00e1neo Investments Group, SRL; Kury Limited; Coav, SRL (Importadora Coav); Empresas Integradas, SAS; Flexiplas, SRL; Inversiones Nogal Verde, SRL; Agro Av\u00edcola Benevento, SRL; Grupo Empresarial Barnichta, SRL; Inversiones Yang, SRL; Topicverse, SRL; Roment, SRL; el Consorcio Empresas Integradas &amp; Concreto Pretensado; Empresas Integradas &amp; Constructora Yeara; Empresas Integradas &amp; Farmasino; Empresas Integradas &amp; Tankasa; y el Consorcio Importadora Integrada (Importadora Coav). \ufffc<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La DGCP aclar\u00f3 que la suspensi\u00f3n es preventiva, no constituye a\u00fan una sanci\u00f3n definitiva, y se mantendr\u00e1 vigente mientras avanzan las investigaciones administrativas y penales. \ufffc<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Seg\u00fan la entidad, estas empresas est\u00e1n siendo investigadas por presuntos delitos como estafa contra el Estado, colusi\u00f3n, soborno, falsificaci\u00f3n de documentos, lavado de activos y asociaci\u00f3n de malhechores. \ufffc<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En un comunicado, la DGCP asegur\u00f3 que la integridad del sistema de contrataci\u00f3n p\u00fablica est\u00e1 en riesgo, ya que habr\u00eda indicios de que ese grupo de proveedores operaba de manera coordinada para simular competencia, alternar adjudicaciones y concentrar contratos en determinados sectores. \ufffc<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Este anuncio se da luego de que la DGCP y la Unidad Antifraude de la Contralor\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica remitieran un informe t\u00e9cnico a la Procuradur\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica, en
