Interrupci\u00f3n indebida de la prescripci\u00f3n (Art. 48)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">2. La posibilidad de que un juez recusado contin\u00fae conociendo un proceso sin decisi\u00f3n de la Corte sobre dicha recusaci\u00f3n (P\u00e1rrafo III del Art\u00edculo 83)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">3. Rebeld\u00eda ilegal sin notificaci\u00f3n (Art. 101 numeral 4)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">4. Incoherencia en la determinaci\u00f3n del plazo razonable (Art. 146 y 151)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">5. Restricci\u00f3n al acceso a la prueba (Art. 215 P\u00e1rrafo II y III)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">6. Extensi\u00f3n abusiva de la prisi\u00f3n preventiva (Art. 246 y 377)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">7. Compromete la imparcialidad judicial (Art. 83 y 388)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Luego de estas observaciones, hizo una serie de recomendaciones:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1. Promover la aprobaci\u00f3n de una ley que reincorpore las disposiciones de la Ley 10-15, introduciendo las modificaciones necesarias conforme a las dem\u00e1s sentencias del Tribunal Constitucional.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">2. Estudiar con la debida profundidad y sin precipitaci\u00f3n el proyecto remitido por el Senado, a fin de formular las enmiendas pertinentes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cPara enriquecer este debate, considero fundamental escuchar a la academia, a los actores del sistema de justicia y a la ciudadan\u00eda. En ese sentido, solicito a la comisi\u00f3n que disponga la convocatoria de los siguientes juristas, entre otros, que pueden aportar valiosas reflexiones:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Mar\u00eda del Pilar Zuleta<\/strong>, <strong>Carlos Balc\u00e1cer<\/strong>, <strong>Eduardo N\u00fa\u00f1ez<\/strong>, <strong>Manuel Sierra<\/strong>, <strong>Valent\u00edn<\/strong> <strong>Medrano<\/strong>, <strong>Edwin Isa\u00edas Grandel Capell\u00e1n<\/strong>\u201c.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div
