style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los hermanos<strong> Antonio y Maribel Espaillat<\/strong> llegaron este lunes 12 al <strong>Palacio de Justicia de Ciudad Nueva<\/strong> para asistir al juicio preliminar del <strong>caso Jet Set<\/strong>, en el que est\u00e1n acusados de homicidio involuntario, tras el derrumbe de la discoteca, hecho en el que<strong> fallecieron 236 personas.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La audiencia fue fijada por el juez del <strong>Primer Juzgado<\/strong> <strong>de la Instrucci\u00f3n del Distrito Nacional, Raymundo Mej\u00eda<\/strong>, y marca el inicio formal de la fase preliminar del proceso judicial.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En esta etapa, el tribunal evaluar\u00e1 la solicitud de apertura a juicio presentada por el <strong>Ministerio P\u00fablico<\/strong> contra los imputados, quienes tambi\u00e9n enfrentan cargos por golpes y heridas involuntarias.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La fecha fue establecida luego de la acusaci\u00f3n formal presentada por el \u00f3rgano persecutor, encabezado por el procurador adjunto <strong>Wilson Camacho<\/strong> y la fiscal titular del <strong>Distrito Nacional, Rosalba Ramos.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con el Ministerio P\u00fablico, los hermanos Espaillat agravaron su responsabilidad al sobrecargar el techo del establecimiento con equipos de climatizaci\u00f3n de gran volumen y tinacos de agua, sin realizar estudios t\u00e9cnicos que garantizaran la resistencia estructural del
