Afirm\u00f3 que el turismo moderno es altamente sensible a los derechos humanos y al trato digno, factores que inciden directamente en la elecci\u00f3n de destinos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Brukier plante\u00f3 que los visitantes buscan tranquilidad y orden, no escenarios de caos, por lo que propuso un modelo basado en reglas claras, patrullaje tur\u00edstico especializado, personal identificado y capacitado, incluyendo dominio b\u00e1sico del idioma ingl\u00e9s, y la aplicaci\u00f3n estricta de la ley sin improvisaciones.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Entre sus propuestas, destac\u00f3 la incorporaci\u00f3n de trabajadoras sociales debidamente uniformadas, el establecimiento de normas fijas sobre el uso de espacios p\u00fablicos, la prohibici\u00f3n de pr\u00e1cticas que afecten la convivencia, y la responsabilidad directa de propietarios de bares y centros nocturnos en el cumplimiento de la ley, tomando como referencia modelos aplicados en destinos como Punta Cana.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Asimismo, expres\u00f3 su preocupaci\u00f3n por el impacto social y econ\u00f3mico que estas situaciones pueden generar, advirtiendo que la p\u00e9rdida de empleos sin respuestas claras puede provocar tensiones sociales. Record\u00f3 su experiencia durante la pandemia, cuando \u2014seg\u00fan explic\u00f3\u2014 colabor\u00f3 con la distribuci\u00f3n de alimentos a familias vulnerables, y afirm\u00f3 que actualmente contin\u00faa realizando acciones comunitarias en distintos sectores de Sos\u00faa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Finalmente, Michel Brukier manifest\u00f3 su disposici\u00f3n de aportar su experiencia en turismo, planificaci\u00f3n, ordenamiento urbano y trabajo social, asegurando que su objetivo es contribuir a un cambio sostenible y duradero, que convierta a Sos\u00faa en un referente
