{"id":18095,"date":"2024-04-15T07:09:03","date_gmt":"2024-04-15T11:09:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/infoelnuevonorte.com\/?p=18095"},"modified":"2024-04-15T07:09:05","modified_gmt":"2024-04-15T11:09:05","slug":"consejo-presidencial-haiti-gobernara-hasta-el-2026","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/infoelnuevonorte.com\/?p=18095","title":{"rendered":"Consejo Presidencial Hait\u00ed gobernar\u00e1 hasta el 2026"},"content":{"rendered":"<!--[if lt IE 9]><script>document.createElement('audio');<\/script><![endif]-->\n<audio class=\"wp-audio-shortcode\" id=\"audio-18095-1\" preload=\"none\" style=\"width: 100%;\" controls=\"controls\"><source type=\"audio\/mpeg\" src=\"https:\/\/infoelnuevonorte.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/ttsmaker-file-2024-4-15-7-8-38.mp3?_=1\" \/><a href=\"https:\/\/infoelnuevonorte.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/ttsmaker-file-2024-4-15-7-8-38.mp3\">https:\/\/infoelnuevonorte.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/ttsmaker-file-2024-4-15-7-8-38.mp3<\/a><\/audio>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Santo Domingo.-<\/strong>El Gobierno haitiano constituy\u00f3 de manera oficial el Consejo Presidencial de Transici\u00f3n que se encargar\u00e1 de elegir al pr\u00f3ximo primer ministro, un mes despu\u00e9s de la reuni\u00f3n convocada por la Comunidad del Caribe (Caricom).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sin embargo, ha iniciado con obst\u00e1culos denunciados por las estructuras, partidos y alianzas pol\u00edticas que cuentan con representantes en esa entridad que atribuyen presuntas maniobras del Gobierno del primer ministro, Ariel Henry, que pone obst\u00e1culos al Consejo para permanecer m\u00e1s tiempo en el poder.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Estas organizaciones expresaron, a trav\u00e9s de un comunicado hecho p\u00fablico ayer, que se declaran \u201cprofundamente conmocionadas al conocer el decreto publicado\u201d el viernes pasado por el Gobierno a\u00fan presidido por Henry.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cLos actores que firmaron el proceso de di\u00e1logo, cuyos resultados desembocaron en el acuerdo del 11 de marzo de 2024, impugnan la validez del decreto del 12 de abril de 2024\u201d, precisaron los miembros del Consejo Presidencial.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Estas estructuras \u201cdenuncian la introducci\u00f3n de importantes modificaciones que desvirt\u00faan el proyecto consensuado de un ejecutivo bic\u00e9falo\u201d llevado a cabo por el Consejo Presidencial de Transici\u00f3n, \u201cun consenso construido paciente y laboriosamente\u201d entre las partes interesadas desde el 11 de marzo de 2024.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Denuncian el hecho de que el Gobierno y Henry, quien se encuentra en Estados Unidos y prometi\u00f3 renunciar tan pronto se constituyera el Consejo, hayan optado por ni siquiera mencionar, el acuerdo pol\u00edtico del 3 de abril en el decreto del viernes pasado, por el que se crea el Consejo Presidencial de Transici\u00f3n, y por no hacer p\u00fablico lo relativo a la orden de nombramiento del Consejo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Estas instituciones exigen el estricto cumplimiento de los compromisos adquiridos por el gobierno dimisionario durante el proceso pol\u00edtico liderado por la Caricom, solicitando que se tomen medidas para publicar el acuerdo pol\u00edtico y el documento sobre el funcionamiento del Consejo Presidencial en el peri\u00f3dico oficial Le Moniteur.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tambi\u00e9n piden que se creen las comisiones bipartitas de traspaso de poderes y que se instale cuanto antes el Consejo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hait\u00ed<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u20141\u2014 Saludo<br \/>\nEl secretario general de la Organizaci\u00f3n de Naciones Unidas (ONU), Ant\u00f3nio Guterres, salud\u00f3 el establecimiento del esperado consejo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u20142\u2014 Desplazados<br \/>\nCerca de 100,000 haitianos tuvieron que abandonar el \u00e1rea metropolitana de Puerto Pr\u00edncipe por la violencia, seg\u00fan la Organizaci\u00f3n Internacional para las Migraciones (OIM).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Santo Domingo.-El Gobierno haitiano constituy\u00f3 de manera oficial el Consejo Presidencial de Transici\u00f3n que se encargar\u00e1 de elegir al pr\u00f3ximo primer ministro, un mes despu\u00e9s de la reuni\u00f3n convocada por la Comunidad del Caribe (Caricom).
