N\u00fa\u00f1ez, mejor conocido como<strong> el Chaval de la Bachata<\/strong> por una supuesta violaci\u00f3n a la Ley de Derecho de Autor por la canci\u00f3n <strong>\u201cDonde est\u00e1n esos amigos\u201d<\/strong> as\u00ed lo inform\u00f3 el abogado <strong>F\u00e9lix Portes<\/strong> en su cuenta de la red social X.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La parte querellante hab\u00eda solicitado la imposici\u00f3n de la medida de coerci\u00f3n consistente en una garant\u00eda econ\u00f3mica ascendente a <strong>RD$500.000.00<\/strong>; impedimento de salida del pa\u00eds, sin previa autorizaci\u00f3n judicial y presentaci\u00f3n peri\u00f3dica por ante el Ministerio P\u00fablico, lo que posteriormente fue rechazado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"moz-reader-block-img\" src=\"https:\/\/ndigital.b-cdn.net\/ABRIL%202024\/Tuit%20Felix%20Portes.jpeg\" width=\"490\" height=\"326\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El Chaval hab\u00eda aclarado que el tema de ellos estaba <strong>divorciado del suyo<\/strong>, alegando que grabaron su tema en el a\u00f1o <strong>2001<\/strong>, pero no hubo forma de demostrar la fecha de un audio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El abogado <strong>Portes<\/strong>, dijo que casos como estos, los jueces deben de inmediato condenar en
