style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Puerto Plata<\/strong>; La Asociaci\u00f3n de Baloncesto de Puerto Plata (ABAPPLATA) dej\u00f3 formalmente inaugurado el Torneo U16, evento que re\u00fane a 22 clubes de toda la provincia y que est\u00e1 dedicado de manera especial al magistrado Kelmi Duncan Torres, Procurador Fiscal Titular de la Fiscal\u00eda de Puerto Plata, en reconocimiento a sus aportes y respaldo al desarrollo del deporte y la juventud.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">El acto inaugural fue celebrado en el techado del Club Gregorio Luper\u00f3n, escenario que sirvi\u00f3 de punto de encuentro para atletas, dirigentes deportivos, autoridades y familiares, quienes se dieron cita para respaldar el inicio de una de las competiciones formativas m\u00e1s importantes del baloncesto puertoplate\u00f1o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">La actividad cont\u00f3 adem\u00e1s con la presencia del general de la Polic\u00eda Nacional y comandante de Puerto Plata, Jorge Luis Gal\u00e1n Guerrero, as\u00ed como directivos de la Asociaci\u00f3n de Baloncesto de Puerto Plata, familiares del homenajeado y varios jugadores que accionan en el baloncesto superior de Puerto Plata, quienes respaldaron la apertura del torneo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Durante la ceremonia, directivos de ABAPPLATA destacaron la importancia de continuar fortaleciendo las categor\u00edas menores, se\u00f1alando que este torneo representa una plataforma fundamental para la formaci\u00f3n integral de los j\u00f3venes atletas, fomentando valores como la disciplina, el trabajo en equipo y la sana competencia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">El magistrado homenajeado agradeci\u00f3 la distinci\u00f3n, motivando a los jugadores a mantener el enfoque en sus estudios y en el deporte como herramienta de crecimiento personal y social.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">El torneo contar\u00e1 con la participaci\u00f3n de 22 clubes distribuidos en diferentes grupos, quienes competir\u00e1n en un calendario regular que permitir\u00e1 el desarrollo competitivo de los talentos emergentes del baloncesto local.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Con esta iniciativa, la Asociaci\u00f3n de Baloncesto de Puerto Plata reafirma su compromiso con el impulso del baloncesto formativo, garantizando espacios organizados para el crecimiento de las nuevas generaciones que representan el futuro del deporte en la provincia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p
