Sin embargo, es importante entender que no todos los alimentos saludables tienen la misma capacidad para saciar el hambre.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aquellos alimentos que generan una sensaci\u00f3n de plenitud,\u00a0<strong>reducen el hambre<\/strong>\u00a0y tienen la capacidad de espaciar el tiempo hasta la siguiente ingesta con una cantidad fija de calor\u00edas, se denominan\u00a0<strong>alimentos saciantes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"\" class=\"wp-block-contenthub-heading\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 hace que un alimento nos llene?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La capacidad de \u201cllenado\u201d de un alimento depende de su composici\u00f3n: el contenido de\u00a0<strong>prote\u00edna<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>fibra<\/strong>\u00a0y\u00a0<strong>agua<\/strong>, sumado a una\u00a0<strong>baja densidad energ\u00e9tica<\/strong>.
