{"id":1924,"date":"2023-10-13T10:16:09","date_gmt":"2023-10-13T10:16:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/infoelnuevonorte.com\/?p=1924"},"modified":"2023-10-13T10:16:11","modified_gmt":"2023-10-13T10:16:11","slug":"mercados-binacionales-abren-sus-puertas-este-viernes-luego-de-casi-un-mes-de-cierre-fronterizo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/infoelnuevonorte.com\/?p=1924","title":{"rendered":"Mercados binacionales abren sus puertas este viernes luego de casi un mes de cierre fronterizo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los mercados binacionales que operan Dajab\u00f3n, El\u00edas Pi\u00f1a, Independencia y Pedernales abrir\u00e1n sus puertas este viernes, luego de permanecer cerrado por casi un mes, por orden del presidente Luis Abinader, en respuesta a la construcci\u00f3n de un canal unilateralmente en Juana M\u00e9ndez, para drenar agua del Masacre.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De todos estos mercados, el que m\u00e1s se espera con atenci\u00f3n es la reanudaci\u00f3n del que est\u00e1 en Dajab\u00f3n, el m\u00e1s importante de los que existen entre los dos pa\u00edses y en el que productores, comerciantes y consumidores intercambian productos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Un mercado que, como afirm\u00f3 el presidente de la Rep\u00fablica, Luis Abinader, \u201cno va a ser el mismo\u201d que el que hab\u00eda antes de esta crisis h\u00eddrica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La desescalada o flexibilizaci\u00f3n de las medidas dispuesta por Abinader inici\u00f3 este mi\u00e9rcoles, con la reapertura comercial trav\u00e9s de lo que las autoridades dominicanas han bautizado como \u201ccorredores comerciales\u201d y bajo fuertes controles y medidas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Estos corredores funcionan con \u201cestrictas medidas de control militar y registro biom\u00e9trico obligatorio\u201d en las provincias de Dajab\u00f3n, El\u00edas Pi\u00f1a, Independencia y Pedernales, lim\u00edtrofes con Hait\u00ed, con el objetivo de \u201cfacilitar el comercio de productos esenciales dominicanos como alimentos y medicinas\u201d, y con la vista puesta especialmente en los ni\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As\u00ed, no se permitir\u00e1 la exportaci\u00f3n de productos electr\u00f3nicos, cemento, varillas y otros materiales de construcci\u00f3n para \u201cevitar que se construyan estructuras que amenacen nuestros activos medioambientales\u201d, precis\u00f3 el gabinete dominicano, en alusi\u00f3n a obras como las del canal en la orilla haitiana del Masacre, como se llama en Hait\u00ed a ese r\u00edo, denominado Dajab\u00f3n en Rep\u00fablica Dominicana.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El resto de medidas que en su momento adopt\u00f3 el Consejo Nacional de Seguridad se mantiene, como el cierre migratorio de la frontera y la suspensi\u00f3n en la expedici\u00f3n de visas a ciudadanos haitianos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ese Consejo tambi\u00e9n acord\u00f3 la reactivaci\u00f3n de un canal desde la parte dominicana del r\u00edo objeto de la pol\u00e9mica, que ya est\u00e1 en marcha.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Otras decisiones anunciadas el lunes pasado refuerzan, incluso, las medidas iniciales, en especial una mayor militarizaci\u00f3n de la frontera a fin de evitar que entren a territorio dominicano miembros de las todopoderosas bandas armadas de Hait\u00ed ante el pr\u00f3ximo despliegue de una fuerza multinacional.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adem\u00e1s, se activar\u00e1 un fondo para financiar un programa de mecanizaci\u00f3n agr\u00edcola para reducir la contrataci\u00f3n de trabajadores inmigrantes indocumentados, entre otras medidas.<\/p>\n<div class=\"code-block code-block-2 code-block-block-2 ai-track\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-ai=\"WzIsMCwiQmxvY2sgMiIsIiJd\"><a href=\"https:\/\/juntos.do\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-136069 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/n.com.do\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/728x90.png%22\" alt=\"\" width=\"728\" height=\"90\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Los mercados binacionales que operan Dajab\u00f3n, El\u00edas Pi\u00f1a, Independencia y Pedernales abrir\u00e1n sus puertas este viernes, luego de permanecer cerrado por casi un mes, por orden del presidente Luis Abinader, en respuesta a la construcci\u00f3n de un canal unilateralmente en Juana M\u00e9ndez, para drenar agua del Masacre.
