{"id":19310,"date":"2024-04-25T12:55:10","date_gmt":"2024-04-25T16:55:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/infoelnuevonorte.com\/?p=19310"},"modified":"2024-04-25T12:55:12","modified_gmt":"2024-04-25T16:55:12","slug":"pro-consumidor-niega-arroz-dominicano-contenga-metales-nocivos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/infoelnuevonorte.com\/?p=19310","title":{"rendered":"Pro Consumidor niega arroz dominicano contenga metales nocivos"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"tdb-block-inner td-fix-index\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Santo Domingo.- <\/strong>Los primeros estudios de laboratorio llevados a cabo por el Instituto Nacional de Protecci\u00f3n de los Derechos del Consumidor (Pro Consumidor) a una decena de marcas de arroz que se comercializan en el pa\u00eds revelan que ninguna dio positivo a metales nocivos que causen da\u00f1os a la salud.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El director de la instituci\u00f3n, Eddy Alc\u00e1ntara, inform\u00f3 este jueves en rueda de prensa sobre esos estudios, que garantizan que el cereal que se consume en Rep\u00fablica Dominicana \u201cno representa ning\u00fan riesgo para la salud de los consumidores\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las pruebas de laboratorio se hicieron despu\u00e9s de que diversos medios de comunicaci\u00f3n publicasen denuncias sobre supuesta contaminaci\u00f3n del arroz con metales pesados como cadmio, mercurio, cobre, ars\u00e9nico y plomo, algo \u201cque ha quedado descartado con los resultados arrojados\u00bb por los estudios practicados a varias marcas de arroz, tanto de producci\u00f3n nacional como importados, expres\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Alc\u00e1ntara indic\u00f3 que las muestras de arroz que fueron enviadas a laboratorio, se tomaron de diferentes establecimientos de manera aleatoria, como supermercados, colmados, almacenes y otros.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El titular de Pro Consumidor sostuvo que seguir\u00e1n realizando pruebas a otras marcas del referido cereal hasta completar la revisi\u00f3n total de este producto en el mercado nacional y, de comprobarse la existencia de estos metales pesados se sancionar\u00e1 al responsable y se retirar\u00eda ese producto del mercado, como establece la ley de protecci\u00f3n al consumidor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La normativa indica que \u201clos productos y servicios deben ser suministrados o prestados en forma tal que, consumidos o utilizados en condiciones normales o previsibles, no presenten peligro o nocividad ni riesgos imprevistos para la salud y la seguridad del consumidor o usuario\u201d.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Santo Domingo.- Los primeros estudios de laboratorio llevados a cabo por el Instituto Nacional de Protecci\u00f3n de los Derechos del Consumidor (Pro Consumidor) a una decena de marcas de arroz que se comercializan en el pa\u00eds revelan que ninguna dio positivo a metales nocivos que causen da\u00f1os a la salud.
