{"id":1933,"date":"2023-10-13T10:31:08","date_gmt":"2023-10-13T10:31:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/infoelnuevonorte.com\/?p=1933"},"modified":"2023-10-13T10:31:10","modified_gmt":"2023-10-13T10:31:10","slug":"rd-entrega-en-extradicion-al-rumano-cristian-baicu-sentenciado-por-lavado","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/infoelnuevonorte.com\/?p=1933","title":{"rendered":"RD entrega en extradici\u00f3n al rumano Cristian Baicu, sentenciado por lavado"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>DISTRITO NACIONAL.<\/strong> El presidente de la Rep\u00fablica, Luis Abinader, ha firmado el decreto n\u00fam. 510-23, que dispone la entrega en extradici\u00f3n del ciudadano rumano identificado como Cristian Baicu al Gobierno de Ruman\u00eda<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ruman\u00eda le hab\u00eda solicitado en extradici\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de su embajada en nuestro pa\u00eds mediante las notas diplom\u00e1ticas n\u00fameros 663 y 664 del 8 de abril de 2019.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La petici\u00f3n fue atendida por la Segunda Sala de la Suprema Corte de Justicia, que consider\u00f3 que la solicitud de extradici\u00f3n fue regular y v\u00e1lida en cuanto a la forma y al fondo. Esto se hizo con el prop\u00f3sito de que cumpla una pena de 4 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n y 2 a\u00f1os de inhabilitaci\u00f3n para el ejercicio de ciertos derechos, de acuerdo con la pena complementaria que le faltaba por cumplir de varias condenas emitidas por el Tribunal de Dolj, Ruman\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La extradici\u00f3n se fundamenta en una sentencia condenatoria emitida por la Corte de Apelaci\u00f3n de Craiova el 11 de abril de 2014. En ese contexto, el ciudadano rumano Cristian Baicu fue hallado culpable de formar parte de una organizaci\u00f3n delictiva internacional que constituy\u00f3 en 2011, cuyo objetivo era cometer delitos relacionados con sistemas y redes inform\u00e1ticas, as\u00ed como el lavado de capitales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sus actividades delictivas implicaban la obtenci\u00f3n de tecnolog\u00eda que permitiera leer y copiar informaci\u00f3n encriptada que estuviera almacenada en los chips de tarjetas bancarias, incluyendo datos de identificaci\u00f3n y claves secretas personales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El presidente Luis Abinader ha dispuesto la entrega en extradici\u00f3n bajo la condici\u00f3n de que el ciudadano rumano Cristian Baicu no sea juzgado por una infracci\u00f3n diferente a la que motiva su extradici\u00f3n, ni se le aplique una pena mayor a la m\u00e1xima establecida en la Rep\u00fablica Dominicana.<\/p>\n<div class=\"code-block code-block-2 code-block-block-2 ai-track\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-ai=\"WzIsMCwiQmxvY2sgMiIsIiJd\"><a href=\"https:\/\/juntos.do\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-136069 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/n.com.do\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/728x90.png%22\" alt=\"\" width=\"728\" height=\"90\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>DISTRITO NACIONAL.
