style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">El presidente <strong>Luis Abinader<\/strong> <strong>declar\u00f3<\/strong> este domingo estado de\u00a0<strong>emergencia regional para\u00a0<\/strong>al <strong>Distrito Nacional <\/strong>y <strong>cinco provincias<\/strong>, debido a los da\u00f1os provocados por las <strong>lluvias<\/strong> que han afectado gran parte del territorio nacional.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">La disposici\u00f3n est\u00e1 contenida en el <strong>decreto 234-26<\/strong>\u00a0emitido hoy e incluye a las provincias <strong>Puerto Plata<\/strong>, Espaillat, Valverde y\u00a0<strong>Santiago<\/strong>, <strong>Santo Domingo<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Seg\u00fan el Gobierno, las <strong>lluvias<\/strong> provocadas por una <strong>vaguada<\/strong> y un <strong>sistema frontal<\/strong>, han generado <strong>afectaciones significativas<\/strong> en la <strong>agricultura<\/strong>, infraestructuras, viviendas y otros sectores.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Entre los considerandos, el decreto tom\u00f3 en cuenta el informe remitido por la <strong>Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de Emergencia<\/strong> (CNE), con fecha de este domingo, mediante el cual se informa sobre los da\u00f1os y las afectaciones ocasionadas por la <strong>vaguada<\/strong> asociada a un sistema de baja presi\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">El informe se\u00f1ala <strong>da\u00f1os significativos<\/strong> en la <strong>agricultura<\/strong>, las <strong>infraestructuras viales<\/strong>, las viviendas y otros sectores, \"creando un escenario de <strong>alto riesgo<\/strong> para la vida, la seguridad humana y la continuidad de los servicios p\u00fablicos esenciales en diversas provincias\".<\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Emergencia regional<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">El art\u00edculo 23, p\u00e1rrafo III, de la Ley 147-02 sobre Gesti\u00f3n de Riesgos, indica que se declara emergencia regional cuando la situaci\u00f3n de desastre afecta a m\u00e1s de dos provincias o cuando rebasa la capacidad t\u00e9cnica y los recursos de las provincias.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Cuando se declaran estados de emergencia, el Gobierno puede disponer de recursos de inmediato para dar respuestas a las poblaciones afectadas.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Localidades en alerta<\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">El <strong>Centro de Operaciones de Emergencias<\/strong> (<strong>COE<\/strong>) mantiene a gran parte del pa\u00eds en <strong>alerta amarilla<\/strong> ante la persistencia de las <strong>lluvias<\/strong>, que podr\u00edan provocar <strong>inundaciones urbanas<\/strong> y rurales, crecidas de r\u00edos, arroyos y ca\u00f1adas, as\u00ed como deslizamientos de tierra.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">De acuerdo con su bolet\u00edn de la tarde, se encuentran en <strong>alerta amarilla<\/strong> el <strong>Distrito Nacional<\/strong> y las provincias\u00a0Puerto Plata, Espaillat, Hermanas Mirabal, S\u00e1nchez Ram\u00edrez, Monte Plata, Hato Mayor, Monse\u00f1or Nouel, La Vega, Santiago, Santiago Rodr\u00edguez y Mar\u00eda Trinidad S\u00e1nchez<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Adem\u00e1s,\u00a0Saman\u00e1, <strong>Montecristi<\/strong>, San Jos\u00e9 de Ocoa, El Seibo, La Altagracia, Bahoruco, Duarte, Independencia,<strong> San Crist\u00f3bal<\/strong>, El\u00edas Pi\u00f1a, La Romana, Valverde y Santo Domingo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Mientras, en <strong>alerta verde<\/strong> fueron colocadas <strong>Dajab\u00f3n<\/strong> y <strong>San Juan<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Pron\u00f3stico para el lunes<\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">El <strong>Instituto Nacional de Meteorolog\u00eda<\/strong> (Indomet) indic\u00f3 que este lunes el <strong>sistema frontal<\/strong> se mantendr\u00e1 casi estacionario sobre el territorio nacional junto a la <strong>vaguada<\/strong> en varios niveles de la troposfera, favoreciendo la ocurrencia de <strong>aguaceros fuertes<\/strong> con <strong>tormentas el\u00e9ctricas<\/strong>, r\u00e1fagas de viento y posibles granizadas sobre gran parte del territorio.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">El <strong>COE<\/strong> recomend\u00f3 a los residentes en <strong>zonas vulnerables<\/strong>\u00a0mantenerse atentos a posibles crecidas e <strong>inundaciones repentinas<\/strong>, <strong>evitar cruzar r\u00edos<\/strong> o ca\u00f1adas con alto volumen de agua y abstenerse de utilizar balnearios mientras persistan las condiciones de riesgo.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n<div
