{"id":211987,"date":"2026-04-23T14:10:58","date_gmt":"2026-04-23T18:10:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/infoelnuevonorte.com\/?p=211987"},"modified":"2026-04-23T14:10:59","modified_gmt":"2026-04-23T18:10:59","slug":"digemaps-detecta-irregularidades-en-la-entrega-de-suplementos-a-ninos-con-autismo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/infoelnuevonorte.com\/?p=211987","title":{"rendered":"Digemaps detecta irregularidades en la entrega de suplementos a ni\u00f1os con autismo"},"content":{"rendered":"<!--[if lt IE 9]><script>document.createElement('audio');<\/script><![endif]-->\n<audio class=\"wp-audio-shortcode\" id=\"audio-211987-1\" preload=\"none\" style=\"width: 100%;\" controls=\"controls\"><source type=\"audio\/mpeg\" src=\"https:\/\/infoelnuevonorte.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/ttsmaker-vip-file-2026-4-23-14-9-56.mp3?_=1\" \/><a href=\"https:\/\/infoelnuevonorte.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/ttsmaker-vip-file-2026-4-23-14-9-56.mp3\">https:\/\/infoelnuevonorte.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/ttsmaker-vip-file-2026-4-23-14-9-56.mp3<\/a><\/audio>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Un informe oficial de la\u00a0<strong>Direcci\u00f3n General de Medicamentos, Alimentos y Productos Sanitarios (Digemaps)<\/strong>\u00a0ha puesto bajo escrutinio las\u00a0<strong>pr\u00e1cticas de prescripci\u00f3n<\/strong>, manipulaci\u00f3n y dispensaci\u00f3n de\u00a0<strong>suplementos<\/strong>\u00a0y\u00a0<strong>medicamentos<\/strong>\u00a0en un\u00a0<strong>consultorio privado<\/strong>\u00a0donde se atend\u00eda a ni\u00f1os con\u00a0<strong>Trastorno del Espectro Autista (TEA)<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Acciones de la autoridad<\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">La\u00a0<strong>investigaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, fechada el 9 de abril de 2026, se origin\u00f3 a partir de una\u00a0<strong>denuncia p\u00fablica<\/strong>\u00a0y deriv\u00f3 en una inspecci\u00f3n al consultorio del\u00a0<strong>doctor Jos\u00e9 Ernesto Fadul<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">All\u00ed, las autoridades comprobaron que\u00a0<strong>productos adquiridos<\/strong>\u00a0en farmacias privadas eran\u00a0<strong>posteriormente fraccionados<\/strong>, reenvasados y entregados a pacientes sin cumplir con los requisitos m\u00ednimos de trazabilidad y control sanitario.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Seg\u00fan el informe, estas pr\u00e1cticas incluyen la\u00a0<strong>manipulaci\u00f3n de medicamentos<\/strong>\u00a0y\u00a0<strong>suplementos<\/strong>\u00a0fuera de los canales autorizados, as\u00ed como su\u00a0<strong>redistribuci\u00f3n<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>sin etiquetado<\/strong>\u00a0adecuado ni informaci\u00f3n verificable sobre lote, origen o fecha de vencimiento.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"list-text\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Digemaps<\/strong>\u00a0advierte que este tipo de intervenci\u00f3n compromete la\u00a0<strong>seguridad<\/strong>\u00a0de los productos y vulnera las disposiciones de la\u00a0<strong>Ley General de Salud 42-01<\/strong>\u00a0y la\u00a0<strong>Ley 246-06<\/strong>\u00a0sobre medicamentos.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Uno de los elementos m\u00e1s relevantes del documento es el resultado de los\u00a0<strong>an\u00e1lisis de laboratorio<\/strong>\u00a0realizados a varias muestras incautadas. En el caso de los llamados\u00a0<strong>\"complejos de amino\u00e1cidos\"<\/strong>, los estudios confirmaron la presencia de compuestos como\u00a0<strong>glicina<\/strong>, lisina, leucina, valina, arginina y fenilalanina, entre otros.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Sin embargo, las\u00a0<strong>tabletas evaluadas<\/strong>\u00a0no superaron pruebas b\u00e1sicas de calidad, como la\u00a0<strong>desintegraci\u00f3n<\/strong>, requisito fundamental para garantizar que el organismo pueda\u00a0<strong>absorber adecuadamente\u00a0<\/strong>los principios activos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Aunque los productos conten\u00edan\u00a0<strong>ingredientes reales<\/strong>, su\u00a0<strong>efectividad terap\u00e9utica<\/strong>\u00a0no pod\u00eda ser garantizada. Se comprob\u00f3, adem\u00e1s, la\u00a0<strong>ausencia de condiciones adecuadas<\/strong> de almacenamiento y manejo, lo que puede alterar a\u00fan m\u00e1s su estabilidad.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">El informe tambi\u00e9n incluye el\u00a0<strong>an\u00e1lisis de c\u00e1psulas de amino\u00e1cidos\u00a0<\/strong>y de un\u00a0<strong>complejo vitam\u00ednico<\/strong>\u00a0del grupo B. En este \u00faltimo se identificaron vitaminas como tiamina (B1), riboflavina (B2), nicotinamida (B3), piridoxina (B6) y cianocobalamina (B12), cuyos niveles coincid\u00edan con lo esperado.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">No obstante,\u00a0<strong>Digemaps<\/strong>\u00a0subraya que la\u00a0<strong>validez<\/strong>\u00a0de estos productos queda comprometida al ser dispensados fuera del\u00a0<strong>circuito regulado<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Entre los productos identificados en las evidencias figuran\u00a0<strong>suplementos comerciales<\/strong>\u00a0como \"<strong>Universal 100% Beef Aminos<\/strong>\" y \"<strong>Orgain Collagen Peptides<\/strong>\", los cuales fueron\u00a0<strong>reempacados<\/strong> y distribuidos en presentaciones distintas a las originales, alterando su condici\u00f3n de comercializaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Las autoridades consideran especialmente delicado que estas pr\u00e1cticas se realizaran en\u00a0<strong>pacientes pedi\u00e1tricos<\/strong>\u00a0con condiciones neurol\u00f3gicas, lo que\u00a0<strong>incrementa el riesgo sanitario<\/strong>. En consecuencia,\u00a0<strong>Digemaps<\/strong>\u00a0orden\u00f3 el\u00a0<strong>cese inmediato<\/strong>\u00a0de la manipulaci\u00f3n, reenvasado y entrega de estos productos, as\u00ed como la canalizaci\u00f3n de cualquier donaci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de los\u00a0<strong>mecanismos oficiales<\/strong>\u00a0del Estado.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">El caso permanece\u00a0<strong>bajo evaluaci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica<\/strong>\u00a0y podr\u00eda derivar en\u00a0<strong>sanciones administrativas<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Lo que dice la ciencia<\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>No hay evidencia s\u00f3lida<\/strong>\u00a0de que\u00a0<strong>suplementos<\/strong>\u00a0(amino\u00e1cidos, vitaminas, col\u00e1geno) curen el autismo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">El abordaje del\u00a0<strong>Trastorno del Espectro Autista (TEA)<\/strong>\u00a0no se basa en un \"medicamento \u00fanico\", sino en un conjunto de\u00a0<strong>intervenciones estructuradas<\/strong>, tempranas y sostenidas, respaldadas por\u00a0<strong>evidencia cient\u00edfica<\/strong>. Los tratamientos apuntan a mejorar habilidades, reducir dificultades y favorecer la autonom\u00eda, no a \"curar\" el autismo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">El tratamiento del\u00a0<strong>TEA<\/strong>\u00a0se apoya, ante todo, en intervenciones conductuales y educativas estructuradas, como el\u00a0<strong>An\u00e1lisis Conductual Aplicado<\/strong>\u00a0que han mostrado eficacia en el\u00a0<strong>desarrollo del lenguaje<\/strong>, la atenci\u00f3n y la interacci\u00f3n social, especialmente cuando se aplican de forma intensiva y temprana.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">A esto se suman la\u00a0<strong>terapia del lenguaje<\/strong>, los\u00a0<strong>enfoques educativos<\/strong>\u00a0estructurados y los programas de\u00a0<strong>habilidades sociales<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">El papel de los medicamentos es complementario y espec\u00edfico y, de acuerdo a la literatura cient\u00edfica,\u00a0<strong>no existe un f\u00e1rmaco que trate el autismo en s\u00ed<\/strong>, pero algunos pueden ser \u00fatiles para manejar\u00a0<strong>s\u00edntomas asociados<\/strong>\u00a0como irritabilidad, agresividad, ansiedad o hiperactividad, siempre bajo estricta\u00a0<strong>supervisi\u00f3n m\u00e9dica<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Su\u00a0<strong>valor terap\u00e9utico<\/strong>\u00a0radica en\u00a0<strong>facilitar el proceso global<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014mejorando la conducta o la\u00a0<strong>regulaci\u00f3n emocional<\/strong>\u2014, pero no sustituyen las terapias principales ni modifican el n\u00facleo del
