en el que inform\u00f3 sobre aumento en las recaudaciones, ejecuci\u00f3n de obras municipales, mejoras en servicios y apoyo financiero a sectores afectados.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Durante un acto realizado en el Palacio Municipal, como\u00a0<strong>rendici\u00f3n de cuentas<\/strong>\u00a0por el segundo a\u00f1o de mandato, el alcalde\u00a0<strong>Ulises Rodr\u00edguez<\/strong>\u00a0indic\u00f3 que los ingresos del cabildo aumentaron cerca de un 90 %, sin variaci\u00f3n en las tasas impositivas, atribuido a procesos de modernizaci\u00f3n administrativa y control financiero.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">En cuanto a servicios, se reportaron cambios en la recolecci\u00f3n de residuos s\u00f3lidos tras la incorporaci\u00f3n de una\u00a0<strong>tercera empresa<\/strong>, lo que permiti\u00f3 ampliar la cobertura y\u00a0<strong>eliminar vertederos<\/strong> improvisados en distintos puntos del municipio.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Obras y proyectos en proceso<\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">El informe detalla que actualmente hay 18 obras en ejecuci\u00f3n con una inversi\u00f3n superior a\u00a0<strong>RD$410 millones<\/strong>, mientras que otras 24 se encuentran en proceso de licitaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Entre los proyectos mencionados figuran la intervenci\u00f3n del\u00a0<strong>sector La Cambronal<\/strong>, el remozamiento del\u00a0<strong>Hospedaje Yaque<\/strong>, la construcci\u00f3n del\u00a0<strong>Mirador del Yaque<\/strong> en la zona conocida como Nueva York Chiquito y el saneamiento de ca\u00f1adas en sectores como El Embrujo I y Gurabo.<\/span><\/p>\n<div id=\"dl_300x250_inread_2\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Movilidad y desarrollo urbano<\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">En materia de movilidad, el cabildo inform\u00f3 sobre\u00a0<strong>intervenciones viales<\/strong>\u00a0puntuales orientadas a mejorar el tr\u00e1nsito en zonas espec\u00edficas de la ciudad.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Asimismo, se mencionaron iniciativas vinculadas al impulso del turismo y la\u00a0<strong>actividad cultural<\/strong>\u00a0como parte de la\u00a0<strong>planificaci\u00f3n urbana<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Financiamiento a comerciantes<\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">El Consejo Nacional de Promoci\u00f3n y Apoyo a la Micro, Peque\u00f1a y Mediana Empresa (<strong>Promipyme<\/strong>) otorg\u00f3\u00a0<strong>financiamientos<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>superiores<\/strong>\u00a0a RD$31.5 millones a comerciantes afectados por el incendio en la Plaza Lorenzo Vargas, seg\u00fan datos
