nacional con motivo del D\u00eda de las Madres, con el objetivo de combatir la publicidad enga\u00f1osa, garantizar la transparencia en las ofertas y reforzar la vigilancia en el comercio, tanto f\u00edsico como digital.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>El director ejecutivo de la entidad, Eddy Alc\u00e1ntara, inform\u00f3 que esta jornada incorpora un enfoque m\u00e1s riguroso, preventivo e integral, alineado con las mejores pr\u00e1cticas en protecci\u00f3n al consumidor.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong><em>Explic\u00f3 que el operativo incluye monitoreo constante de plataformas digitales, verificaci\u00f3n anticipada de promociones y orientaci\u00f3n directa a los ciudadanos para evitar fraudes y abusos.<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong><em>\u201cEstamos intensificando la supervisi\u00f3n no solo en establecimientos tradicionales, sino tambi\u00e9n en el entorno digital, donde hoy se concentra una gran parte de las ofertas\u201d, enfatiz\u00f3.<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Alc\u00e1ntara advirti\u00f3 que la instituci\u00f3n actuar\u00e1 con firmeza ante cualquier irregularidad y no permitir\u00e1 discrepancias entre lo anunciado y lo que realmente recibe el consumidor, en una de las fechas comerciales de mayor movimiento del a\u00f1o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Dijo que el despliegue contempla una brigada de las \u00e1reas de An\u00e1lisis de Publicidad y Precios, Buenas Pr\u00e1cticas Comerciales e Inspecci\u00f3n, que estar\u00e1n verificando que los comercios cumplan con la colocaci\u00f3n visible de precios, la veracidad de las promociones y el respeto a las condiciones ofertadas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Asimismo, el funcionario adelant\u00f3 que se realizar\u00e1n jornadas de levantamiento y comparaci\u00f3n de precios en electrodom\u00e9sticos, art\u00edculos del hogar, servicios y otros productos de alta demanda durante la temporada, como parte de una estrategia de vigilancia activa del mercado.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">De igual forma, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que se ofrecer\u00e1n orientaciones de consumo a trav\u00e9s de su plataforma digital, poniendo a disposici\u00f3n de los consumidores comparativos de precios actualizados en su portal web y redes sociales, con el objetivo de fomentar decisiones de compra m\u00e1s informadas y responsables, siguiendo modelos implementados en la regi\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Alc\u00e1ntara destac\u00f3, adem\u00e1s, que este tipo de acciones buscan equilibrar el mercado sin afectar la din\u00e1mica comercial, promoviendo el cumplimiento voluntario de la normativa vigente, en especial la ley 358-05 sobre protecci\u00f3n de los derechos del consumidor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">\u201cEl enfoque de Pro Consumidor es preventivo y educativo, queremos que los proveedores act\u00faen con responsabilidad, pero tambi\u00e9n que los consumidores conozcan sus derechos y sepan c\u00f3mo ejercerlos en momentos de alta actividad comercial como este\u201d, indic\u00f3
