Abinader declar\u00f3: Nosotros no vamos a ceder ah\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El mandatario se\u00f1al\u00f3 que su administraci\u00f3n ha cumplido sus objetivos en lo que respecta a la frontera, y que la implementaci\u00f3n de la identificaci\u00f3n biom\u00e9trica, que ha generado ciertas molestias en Hait\u00ed, se llev\u00f3 a cabo con el fin de garantizar la seguridad nacional.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nosotros hemos dicho desde el principio que la frontera no ser\u00eda igual, afirm\u00f3 Abinader. Incluso si deciden cerrar el canal ma\u00f1ana, nosotros aplicaremos nuevas pol\u00edticas de protecci\u00f3n, tal como lo estamos haciendo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El presidente reconoci\u00f3 que estas medidas pueden no ser del agrado de todos, pero destac\u00f3 que buscan establecer el orden en la regi\u00f3n fronteriza y contribuir a la seguridad tanto de la Rep\u00fablica Dominicana como de Hait\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El discurso del presidente Abinader se produce en medio de la tensi\u00f3n en la frontera entre ambos pa\u00edses, con Hait\u00ed manteniendo sus puertas fronterizas cerradas.
