Se refiere al Paseo de los Locutores.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El local con aire acondicionado es peque\u00f1o. Apenas tiene en este cinco mesas y un par de taburetes. En la terraza techada, que refresca con abanicos, hay muchas m\u00e1s. Pero <b>con estos calores que hoy d\u00eda abrasan la ciudad de Santo Domingo, si es a mediod\u00eda olvido terrazas.<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De primera intenci\u00f3n ofrecen el men\u00fa virtual. Alexis pide el f\u00edsico. Lo preferimos. Del men\u00fa que ofrece varios platos fuertes, ensaladas, pescado y pizza, me llaman la atenci\u00f3n, por lo raro, los Gnoccis de batata trufados, con hongos, esp\u00e1rragos y nueces (RD$.495).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Seg\u00fan me entero, <b>es un invento de la due\u00f1a del negocio. <\/b>Alexis, en cambio, no se arriesga a combinaciones extra\u00f1as. Va a lo que ya conoce: Lasagna Bolognesa (RD$ 550). Nos atiende Oliver.<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-38329\" src=\"https:\/\/infoelnuevonorte.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/carne-jpeg.webp\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"1066\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Minimalismo<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En lo que esperamos por largo tiempo, echo un vistazo al entorno: un espacio minimalista, sencillo. Una estanter\u00eda de formas geom\u00e9tricas inclinadas, con libros, paquetes de caf\u00e9 molido, tazones de caf\u00e9 y alg\u00fan otro detalle decorativo, junto a un mural de tenue tonalidad crema y blanco, con siluetas apenas visibles de \u00e1rboles, me queda de frente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El techo cubierto de ramas verdes artificiales proyecta la naturaleza. A nuestro lado, (era la \u00fanica mesa vac\u00eda al llegar), la vitrina con postres. Uno parece bizcocho borracho. Otro dice un cartel que es \u2018Basque cheesecake\u2019. \u00bfUn bizcocho de queso vasco? Me pregunto c\u00f3mo ser\u00e1. La que es ya mi habitual petici\u00f3n de t\u00e9 de manzanilla al sentarme a la mesa (para tomar las medicinas requeridas al empezar a comer) lo traen en rama, infusionando en moderna tetera trasparente. Cuando tras largo rato llega la comida, mi paladar degusta el sabor de la extra\u00f1a combinaci\u00f3n. Se deja sentir ligeramente el sabor dulce de la batata mezclado con los hongos. hay pocas nueces y, de esp\u00e1rragos, un par de hilos. Pero por el precio, no se puede exigir m\u00e1s. Qued\u00e9 conforme. A Alexis le agrad\u00f3 su pasta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Para el postre, nos vamos a Granier. <\/b>Con mi bast\u00f3n de un lado, y por el otro Alexis sujet\u00e1ndome, camino de esquina a esquina sin problemas. (Alexis Ramos Brus\u00edloff toma las fotos para este art\u00edculo en List\u00edn Diario).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Caracola<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La Caracola es un cucurucho relleno de chocolate de la panader\u00eda y reposter\u00eda Geranier, en Plaza La Francesa. Reci\u00e9n hechos, me encantan.
