El Gobierno deber\u00eda dar vuelta atr\u00e1s\u201d, dijo Gagan Thapa, el parlamentario y secretario general del Partido del Congreso nepal\u00ed, que forma parte de la coalici\u00f3n gobernante, en la red social Facebook.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La prohibici\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n suscit\u00f3 quejas entre algunos profesionales de la informaci\u00f3n del pa\u00eds asi\u00e1tico.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cConsidero que esta decisi\u00f3n es caprichosa y anticipo que no durar\u00e1 mucho, dada la ausencia de datos sustanciales o investigaciones que respalden la prohibici\u00f3n\u201d, dijo el periodista Krishna Acharya tambi\u00e9n en Facebook.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La medida llega d\u00edas despu\u00e9s de que el Gabinete de Ministros de Nepal aprobase una serie de normas para regular las redes sociales, y que entre otras cosas proh\u00edbe a los usuarios crear perfiles falsos o publicar contenido relacionado con el trabajo infantil o el tr\u00e1fico humano, entre otros temas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Redes sociales como Facebook, X (antes Twitter) o Youtube deber\u00e1n adem\u00e1s abrir oficinas de enlace en el pa\u00eds asi\u00e1tico, con la amenaza de ver su acceso bloqueado por las autoridades si no cumplen con esta orden.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Con el anuncio de la prohibici\u00f3n de Tik Tok, Nepal sigue los pasos de varios pa\u00edses como la vecina India, aunque por razones bien distintas.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nueva Delhi prohibi\u00f3 la popular plataforma de v\u00eddeos cortos a mediados de 2020, junto con decenas de otras aplicaciones desarrolladas en China, debido a una crisis diplom\u00e1tica con Pek\u00edn por el choque fronterizo entre las fuerzas de seguridad de ambos pa\u00edses en el Himalaya occidental, que dej\u00f3 al menos 20 soldados indios muertos y
