{"id":59403,"date":"2024-10-21T12:45:20","date_gmt":"2024-10-21T16:45:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/infoelnuevonorte.com\/?p=59403"},"modified":"2024-10-21T12:45:23","modified_gmt":"2024-10-21T16:45:23","slug":"policia-mata-hombre-acusado-de-diferentes-hechos-delictivos-en-san-pedro-de-macoris","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/infoelnuevonorte.com\/?p=59403","title":{"rendered":"Polic\u00eda mata hombre acusado de diferentes hechos delictivos en San Pedro de Macor\u00eds"},"content":{"rendered":"<!--[if lt IE 9]><script>document.createElement('audio');<\/script><![endif]-->\n<audio class=\"wp-audio-shortcode\" id=\"audio-59403-1\" preload=\"none\" style=\"width: 100%;\" controls=\"controls\"><source type=\"audio\/mpeg\" src=\"https:\/\/infoelnuevonorte.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/ttsmaker-vip-file-2024-10-21-12-44-39.mp3?_=1\" \/><a href=\"https:\/\/infoelnuevonorte.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/ttsmaker-vip-file-2024-10-21-12-44-39.mp3\">https:\/\/infoelnuevonorte.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/ttsmaker-vip-file-2024-10-21-12-44-39.mp3<\/a><\/audio>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Un hombre cay\u00f3 abatido por la <strong>Polic\u00eda<\/strong> <strong>Nacional<\/strong>, la ma\u00f1ana del domingo, luego de presuntamente enfrentar a los agentes policiales que le daban seguimiento con fines de apresarlo, tras estar acusado de cometer diferentes hechos <strong>delictivos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El hecho ocurri\u00f3 en el sector Los Maestros, del <strong>municipio<\/strong> de <strong>Consuelo<\/strong>, provincia de <strong>San Pedro de Macor\u00eds<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El hombre fue identificado por las <strong>autoridades<\/strong> solo como \"El Cap\u00f3 y\/o 42&#8243;, de 37 a\u00f1os, quien muri\u00f3 mientras recib\u00eda atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica, en un centro de salud local, por <strong>heridas<\/strong> de <strong>arma<\/strong> de <strong>fuego<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El <strong>individuo<\/strong> resid\u00eda en el mismo <strong>municipio<\/strong> donde ocurrieron los hechos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Seg\u00fan el <strong>informe<\/strong> preliminar, \"El Capo y\/o 42&#8243;, era activamente buscado mediante las \u00f3rdenes de arresto en su contra Nos. 97- 2023, 973-2023, 01856-2024 y 530- 2023 por la comisi\u00f3n de diferentes hechos <strong>delictivos<\/strong>; entre estos, porte ilegal de armas de <strong>fuego<\/strong>, asalto a mano armada, robo de veh\u00edculo y homicidio, entre otros.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La <strong>Polic\u00eda<\/strong> establece en su <strong>informe<\/strong> que el hecho ocurri\u00f3 cuando los agentes del <strong>Dicrim<\/strong>\u00a0realizaban una labor de <strong>inteligencia<\/strong> y vigilancia, localizaron al sospechoso en el referido <strong>municipio<\/strong>, quienes procedieron arrestarlo, \"pero \u00e9ste tras notar la presencia policial, en lugar de detenerse y entregarse a las <strong>autoridades<\/strong>, atac\u00f3 a los agentes con una <strong>arma<\/strong> de <strong>fuego<\/strong> que portaba en ese momento, quienes se vieron en la imperiosa necesidad de ripostar dicha agresi\u00f3n, ocasion\u00e1ndole las <strong>heridas<\/strong> que posteriormente le caus\u00f3 la muerte\".<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\"Tras el enfrentamiento, a \"El Cap\u00f3 y\/o 42&#8243; le fue ocupada una <strong>pistola<\/strong> marca Taurus PT 92, calibre 9mm, serie ilegible, con un <strong>cargador<\/strong> y tres c\u00e1psulas para el mismo, la cual portaba sin ning\u00fan tipo de documentaci\u00f3n y que utiliz\u00f3 para enfrentar a los agentes actuantes\", explica el <strong>informe<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Asimismo, le fue ocupado un <strong>bulto<\/strong> <strong>azul<\/strong> contenido en su interior pertrechos policiales de la <strong>Dicrim<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El <strong>cad\u00e1ver<\/strong> del apodado \"El Cap\u00f3 y\/o 42&#8243; fue remitido al <strong>Instituto<\/strong> <strong>Nacional<\/strong> de Ciencias Forenses (Inscif) para los fines legales correspondientes.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Un hombre cay\u00f3 abatido por la Polic\u00eda Nacional, la ma\u00f1ana del domingo, luego de presuntamente enfrentar a los agentes policiales que le daban seguimiento con fines de apresarlo, tras estar acusado de cometer diferentes hechos delictivos.
