Seg\u00fan declaraciones de algunos motoconchistas, los agentes han estado implementando medidas arbitrarias, imponiendo multas excesivas y reteniendo motocicletas de manera injustificada.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cEstamos cansados de los atropellos. No podemos trabajar tranquilos porque la DIGESETT nos persigue sin raz\u00f3n\u201d, expres\u00f3 uno de los manifestantes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La protesta ha generado congesti\u00f3n en las v\u00edas principales del municipio, mientras las autoridades locales intentan mediar para evitar enfrentamientos mayores.
