{"id":6971,"date":"2023-12-13T12:36:24","date_gmt":"2023-12-13T16:36:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/infoelnuevonorte.com\/?p=6971"},"modified":"2023-12-13T12:36:26","modified_gmt":"2023-12-13T16:36:26","slug":"escogencia-de-miembros-al-tc-provoco-reaccion-a-favor-y-en-contra-en-el-ambiente-politico","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/infoelnuevonorte.com\/?p=6971","title":{"rendered":"Escogencia de miembros al TC provoc\u00f3 reacci\u00f3n a favor y en contra en el ambiente pol\u00edtico"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>SANTO DOMIGO, RD-<\/strong> La escogencia de los cinco nuevos miembros del<strong> Tribunal Constitucional<\/strong>, incluido su presidente, ha provocado reacci\u00f3n a favor y en contra en el ambiente pol\u00edtico nacional, incluido el <strong>Congreso Nacional.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Dentro de los primeros en mostrar su informidad ante la escogencia de los nuevos jueces fueron Bautista Rojas G\u00f3mez, miembro del Consejo Nacional de la Magistratura (CNM) y el candidato presidencial Abel Mart\u00ednez.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En el <strong>Congreso Nacional,<\/strong> los voceros de los principales partidos mantuvieron posturas distintas respecto a la escogencia de Napole\u00f3n Est\u00e9vez como nuevo presidente del <strong>Tribunal Constitucional,<\/strong> y Fidias Aristy, Amaury Reyes Torres, Sonia Argentina D\u00edaz Inoa de S\u00e1nchez y Armi Esperanza Ferreira Reyes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La oposici\u00f3n dej\u00f3 muy clara su cr\u00edtica y rechazo a la decisi\u00f3n de los consejales, consideran que se ha hecho un traje a la medida de cara al futuro del <strong>Partido Revolucionario Moderno (PRM).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Y aunque algunos de los escogidos son connotados juristas y hasta allegados a miembros del Consejo, sus cualidades y credibilidad son m\u00e9ritos m\u00e1s que suficientes para servirles al pa\u00eds en este nuevo rol, as\u00ed aseguran los oficialistas quienes garantizan que no fueron escogidos por sugerencia del Ejecutivo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Recuerda que los seleccionados fueron evaluados p\u00fablicamente y toda la poblaci\u00f3n pudo ver su preparaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Otro en pronunciarse sobre el tema, fue justamente el actual presidente del <strong>Tribunal Constitucional,<\/strong> el doctor Milton Ray Guevara, quien salud\u00f3 la elecci\u00f3n de los nuevos integrantes del <strong>Tribunal Constitucional.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>SANTO DOMIGO, RD- La escogencia de los cinco nuevos miembros del Tribunal Constitucional, incluido su presidente, ha provocado reacci\u00f3n a favor y en contra en el ambiente pol\u00edtico nacional, incluido el Congreso Nacional.
