Tambi\u00e9n se les atribuye violaci\u00f3n del c\u00f3digo penal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La direcci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica de la DGM proces\u00f3 los expedientes de los encausados y los remiti\u00f3 al Ministerio P\u00fablico, organismo que los someti\u00f3 a los tribunales correspondientes donde se impusieron medidas de coerci\u00f3n acordes al grado de culpabilidad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante la gesti\u00f3n encabezada por el vicealmirante Luis Rafael Lee Ballester, ARD, en la DGM se han judicializado alrededor de 50 casos por trata de personas y otras violaciones a las leyes y normativas migratorias dominicanas.
