Uno de ellos fue con el <strong>Grupo Velutini<\/strong> y el <strong>Grupo Excel<\/strong> para desarrollar un <strong>hotel<\/strong>, y el otro con la operadora <strong>ITM<\/strong> para crear un <strong>parque tem\u00e1tico<\/strong>. Estas iniciativas se suman a los dos <strong>proyectos<\/strong> hoteleros confirmados el a\u00f1o pasado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La informaci\u00f3n fue adelantada por el presidente ejecutivo del Banco de Reservas (<strong>Banreservas<\/strong>), Samuel Pereyra, como parte de las actividades programadas en la <strong>Feria Internacional de Turismo <\/strong>(<strong>Fitur 2025<\/strong>), donde se re\u00fanen destacadas figuras del sector financiero, empresarios y autoridades del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los anuncios de <strong>inversi\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul class=\"list-text\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>El <strong>hotel<\/strong> ser\u00e1 el <strong>Westin Puerto Plata<\/strong>, un todo incluido con <strong>450 habitaciones<\/strong>, el primero de esta marca estadounidense en la costa norte dominicana.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El <strong>Grupo Velutini<\/strong> tiene inversiones en <strong>centros comerciales<\/strong> en el pa\u00eds, incluyendo uno ubicado en Santo Domingo, en la avenida Winston Churchill, y otro en Punta Cana, pr\u00f3ximo al Aeropuerto Internacional de ese polo <strong>tur\u00edstico<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<ul class=\"list-text\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>El <strong>parque tem\u00e1tico<\/strong> ofrecer\u00e1 cuatro ambientes inspirados en la identidad, folclor, cultura y <strong>biodiversidad<\/strong> dominicana, combinando sol, mar y tierra. Adem\u00e1s, dispondr\u00e1 de instalaciones para espect\u00e1culos, un acuario interactivo, piscinas recreativas y acceso a la playa del complejo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>ITM<\/strong> es la empresa que opera los <strong>puertos<\/strong> de cruceros de Puerto Plata y Cabo Rojo. En este \u00faltimo ofrece a los cruceristas diversos entretenimientos. Esta operadora tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1 involucrada en la rehabilitaci\u00f3n del puerto de Arroyo Barril, en Saman\u00e1, donde se construir\u00e1 un parque de diversiones.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ambos anuncios fueron hechos por Pereyra en presencia del <strong>ministro de Turismo<\/strong>, David Collado, y de Andr\u00e9s Marranzini, del <strong>proyecto Bergant\u00edn<\/strong>. El <strong>Grupo Velutini<\/strong> estuvo representado por Paula Cerrillo y Pamela V\u00e1squez, de Marriott; y por Alberto Cruz, de Excel. <strong>ITM<\/strong> Group estuvo representado por Mauricio Hamui.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">El tercer <strong>hotel<\/strong> de la zona<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El <strong>Westin Puerto Plata<\/strong> ser\u00e1 el tercer <strong>hotel<\/strong> proyectado en <strong>Punta Bergant\u00edn<\/strong>. El primero es de la marca <strong>Inclusive Collection<\/strong>, perteneciente a <strong>Hyatt<\/strong>, resultado de una <strong>inversi\u00f3n<\/strong> pactada el a\u00f1o pasado con el Grupo Martin\u00f3n, de Espa\u00f1a, que posee otras propiedades hoteleras en Punta Cana, Rep\u00fablica Dominicana.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El segundo <strong>hotel<\/strong>, tambi\u00e9n acordado el a\u00f1o pasado, pertenece a la marca <strong>Meli\u00e1<\/strong> y corresponde a una <strong>inversi\u00f3n<\/strong> conjunta entre Hoteles Meli\u00e1 International y el <strong>Grupo Puntacana<\/strong> para desarrollar un <strong>hotel<\/strong> de 400 <strong>habitaciones<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<div class=\"my-12 component web-insert relative border bg-component\"><span class=\"text-xl block my-3 component-title glosa\"><strong><span style=\"background-color: #ccffcc;\">Punta Bergant\u00edn: una iniciativa integral<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"background-color: #ccffcc;\">Punta Bergant\u00edn es una iniciativa del gobierno dominicano, estructurada con el apoyo econ\u00f3mico y profesional del Banco de Reservas (Banreservas), dise\u00f1ada para atraer una diversificada inversi\u00f3n privada. Este proyecto incluye, adem\u00e1s del desarrollo hotelero y residencial, un campo de golf de 18 hoyos, un campus acad\u00e9mico destinado a fomentar la educaci\u00f3n y la innovaci\u00f3n, un estudio de cine y una infraestructura vial adecuada.El proyecto abarca un \u00e1rea de 10 millones de metros cuadrados, rodeado de un entorno medioambiental de gran belleza, con una excelente playa.
