Sin embargo, al llegar al <strong>Hospital \u00c1ngel Contreras<\/strong> de <strong>Monte Plata,<\/strong> los m\u00e9dicos confirmaron que el ni\u00f1o hab\u00eda llegado <strong>sin signos vitales<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La pediatra <strong>Dahiana Pichardo,<\/strong> quien atendi\u00f3 al ni\u00f1o, afirm\u00f3 que la causa probable de la muerte fue una broncoaspiraci\u00f3n, aunque se espera que las autoridades correspondientes realicen las investigaciones pertinentes para determinar con exactitud lo sucedido.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Entre llantos, la madre expres\u00f3:<strong> \u201cYo le dej\u00e9 bien\u201d<\/strong>, refiri\u00e9ndose al estado en que hab\u00eda dejado a su hijo al momento de llevarlo al centro de cuidado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Yadiel, quien era el segundo hijo de <strong>Johanna<\/strong> y el primero de <strong>Adolfo de Jes\u00fas Hern\u00e1ndez,<\/strong> falleci\u00f3 en circunstancias que a\u00fan est\u00e1n siendo esclarecidas por las autoridades locales.
