{"id":82547,"date":"2025-02-24T12:02:31","date_gmt":"2025-02-24T16:02:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/infoelnuevonorte.com\/?p=82547"},"modified":"2025-02-24T12:02:33","modified_gmt":"2025-02-24T16:02:33","slug":"francelys-llega-al-tribunal-para-iniciar-juicio-por-muerte-de-comerciante-chino","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/infoelnuevonorte.com\/?p=82547","title":{"rendered":"Francelys llega al tribunal para iniciar juicio por muerte de comerciante chino"},"content":{"rendered":"<!--[if lt IE 9]><script>document.createElement('audio');<\/script><![endif]-->\n<audio class=\"wp-audio-shortcode\" id=\"audio-82547-1\" preload=\"none\" style=\"width: 100%;\" controls=\"controls\"><source type=\"audio\/mpeg\" src=\"https:\/\/infoelnuevonorte.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/ttsmaker-vip-file-2025-2-24-11-39-24.mp3?_=1\" \/><a href=\"https:\/\/infoelnuevonorte.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/ttsmaker-vip-file-2025-2-24-11-39-24.mp3\">https:\/\/infoelnuevonorte.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/ttsmaker-vip-file-2025-2-24-11-39-24.mp3<\/a><\/audio>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>SANTO DOMINGO.<\/strong>&#8211; Francelys Mar\u00eda Furcal Rodr\u00edguez, acusada de matar al comerciante chino Zongxin Chen durante un incidente ocurrido el 21 de abril de 2021 en el ensanche Gregorio Luper\u00f3n, de esta capital, lleg\u00f3 este lunes, al Cuarto Tribunal Colegiado del Distrito Nacional, quien dar\u00e1 apertura a juicio de fondo en su contra.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los jueces Keila P\u00e9rez Santana, El\u00edas Santini y Arisleyda M\u00e9ndez conocer\u00e1n esta etapa del proceso judicial a Furcal Rodr\u00edguez, imputada por el Ministerio P\u00fablico de homicidio voluntario.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En un video se captaron detalles del altercado entre la acusada y Zongxin Chen, que culmin\u00f3 en la muerte del comerciante, ocurrido en la Ferreter\u00eda Z&amp;C, en la avenida Juan Pablo Duarte de la mencionada direcci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En las im\u00e1genes se observa a Francelys Mar\u00eda Furcal, de 30 a\u00f1os, y a Zongxin Chen, de 34, mientras trabajaban en la ferreter\u00eda. Furcal lanza una libreta de facturas al mostrador, y Chen responde golpe\u00e1ndola con la misma libreta, lo que provoca que ella la lance de nuevo. Chen, entonces, le propina una patada y la imputada responde hiriendolo mortalmente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Posteriormente emprendi\u00f3 la huida, quedando grabado el hecho en las c\u00e1maras de seguridad del centro comercial donde la imputada trabajaba como empleada del occiso.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La procesada sali\u00f3 de la Rep\u00fablica Dominicana el 22 de junio de 2022, dos meses despu\u00e9s del incidente, mientras su familia afirmaba desconocer su paradero.
