style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>VILLA ALTAGRACIA, San Crist\u00f3bal.- <\/strong>El <strong>Ministerio P\u00fablico<\/strong> del <strong>Distrito Judicial de Villa Altagracia<\/strong> deposit\u00f3 este jueves la solicitud de medida de coerci\u00f3n, consistente en prisi\u00f3n preventiva, contra tres hombres imputados por la expedici\u00f3n de t\u00edtulos de propiedad falsos del <strong>Instituto Agrario Dominicano (IAD).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El \u00f3rgano persecutor investiga por el caso a <strong>Eusebio De Jes\u00fas Abad, Teodoro Rudecindo Abad<\/strong> y <strong>F\u00e9lix Rosario Mart\u00ednez,<\/strong> quienes fueron sometidos a la justicia ante la <strong>Oficina Judicial de Servicios de Atenci\u00f3n Permanente de Villa Altagracia,<\/strong> siendo fijada la audiencia para el conocimiento de la medida de coerci\u00f3n para este s\u00e1bado 15 de marzo, a partir de las <strong>11:00 de la ma\u00f1ana.<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-86077\" src=\"https:\/\/infoelnuevonorte.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/WhatsApp-Image-2025-03-14-at-8.25.33-AM-e1741956202959.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1080\" height=\"874\" \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los imputados, de acuerdo con la solicitud de medida de coerci\u00f3n, fueron arrestados el pasado <strong>11 de marzo, alrededor de las 12:40 de la tarde<\/strong>, en la autopista <strong>Duarte, kil\u00f3metro 45, municipio Villa Altagracia,<\/strong> de la provincia <strong>San Crist\u00f3bal,<\/strong> mientras se desplazaban a bordo de una camioneta, dando cruces en el entorno, con una actitud sospechosa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Indica que, ante esa acci\u00f3n, miembros de la <strong>Polic\u00eda Nacional<\/strong> procedieron a registrar dicho veh\u00edculo, donde se ocup\u00f3 un folder que conten\u00eda <strong>9 t\u00edtulos de propiedad en original<\/strong> con las caracter\u00edsticas de los emitidos por el <strong>Instituto Agrario Dominicano.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Igualmente, fueron incautados<strong> 15 oficios con sellos del IAD<\/strong> y<strong> 15 copias de t\u00edtulos provisional,<\/strong> as\u00ed como varios actos de venta de terrenos bajo firma privada y un <strong>contrato de venta de posesi\u00f3n de terreno<\/strong>, adem\u00e1s de <strong>14 copias de c\u00e9dulas,<\/strong> entre otros documentos relacionados.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A trav\u00e9s de un comunicado de prensa, el \u00f3rgano persecutor destaca que todos los documentos ocupados fueron consultados por el <strong>Instituto Agrario Dominicano,<\/strong> estableci\u00e9ndose que son falsos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adem\u00e1s de la documentaci\u00f3n, durante el registro de persona las autoridades ocuparon a los imputados varios tel\u00e9fonos m\u00f3viles.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La <strong>Fiscal\u00eda de Villa Altagracia,<\/strong> que dirige la fiscal titular <strong>Dalma D\u00edaz,<\/strong> est\u00e1 a cargo del caso, el cual es investigado por el fiscal de esta jurisdicci\u00f3n, <strong>Eleuterio Reyes Navarro<\/strong> con la colaboraci\u00f3n del <strong>IAD.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El <strong>Ministerio P\u00fablico<\/strong> ha otorgado al caso la calificaci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica provisional de violaci\u00f3n a los <strong>art\u00edculos 145, 147, 148, 265 y 266 del C\u00f3digo Penal Dominicano<\/strong>, que sancionan la f<strong>alsedad en la escritura aut\u00e9ntica o p\u00fablica y la asociaci\u00f3n de malhechores.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La solicitud de medida de coerci\u00f3n fue sustentada con diferentes evidencias testimoniales y documentales, suficientes, para el env\u00edo a prisi\u00f3n de los imputados, quienes, asegur\u00f3, no cuentan con arraigo suficiente para descartar el peligro de
