{"id":9137,"date":"2024-01-15T12:38:12","date_gmt":"2024-01-15T16:38:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/infoelnuevonorte.com\/?p=9137"},"modified":"2024-01-15T12:38:14","modified_gmt":"2024-01-15T16:38:14","slug":"iniciaran-en-febrero-plan-piloto-de-semana-laboral-de-lunes-a-jueves","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/infoelnuevonorte.com\/?p=9137","title":{"rendered":"Iniciar\u00e1n en febrero plan piloto de semana laboral de lunes a jueves"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>SANTO DOMINGO.-<\/strong> De lunes a jueves ser\u00e1 la<strong> semana laboral<\/strong> que implementar\u00e1 a partir del pr\u00f3ximo primero de febrero el <strong>Ministerio de Trabajo.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ahora la semana laboral ser\u00e1 de 36 horas, dijo Luis Miguel de Camps, ministro de Trabajo y ser\u00e1 aplicado por solo un grupo de empresas mediante un plan piloto que ser\u00e1 analizado por la Pontificia Universidad Cat\u00f3lica Madre y Maestra.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Este es un plan de evaluaci\u00f3n, dijo el ministro de Trabajo al se\u00f1alar que la aplicaci\u00f3n es voluntaria ya que en la Ley de Trabajo la semana laboral formal es de 44 horas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00abEste es un programa voluntario que busca reducir, sin que signifique, una reducci\u00f3n de salario ni de productividad\u00bb, dijo De Camps.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Apunt\u00f3 que este plan no es para que los trabajadores busquen otros empleos, sino para mejorar su calidad de vida y formaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El funcionario explic\u00f3 que entre las empresas que aplicar\u00e1n la semana reducida ser\u00e1n seis entre ellas: Senasa, Inca, Siuben, Claro y EIG Haina.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El piloto durar\u00e1 solo tres meses y tiene una fase de estudio de un mes y medio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En el lanzamiento del plan piloto el vicerrector de Investigaci\u00f3n de PUCMM, Juan Gabriel Faxas, expres\u00f3 que el plan no es trabajar m\u00e1s, sino trabajar mejor y al mismo tiempo elevar la calidad de vida de los dominicanos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00abEste esquema nos desaf\u00eda a replantear nuestra tradicional organizaci\u00f3n laboral, manteniendo la productividad en menos horas. Su fin \u00faltimo: mejorar la calidad de vida de nuestros ciudadanos, permiti\u00e9ndoles m\u00e1s tiempo para compartir con sus familias, para desarrollar sus aficiones, para su crecimiento personal y el descanso\u00bb, resalt\u00f3 Faxas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Agreg\u00f3 que otro beneficio de la semana laboral reducida es que se puede contribuir a la sostenibilidad y disminuci\u00f3n del impacto ambiental, provocando, por ejemplo, menos traslados a los lugares de trabajo y ahorros energ\u00e9ticos en las oficinas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adem\u00e1s, sirve de est\u00edmulo a la econom\u00eda local, derivadas de las actividades que los ciudadanos realizan en su tiempo libre dentro de su entorno, su comunidad.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>SANTO DOMINGO.- De lunes a jueves ser\u00e1 la semana laboral que implementar\u00e1 a partir del pr\u00f3ximo primero de febrero el Ministerio de Trabajo.
