Este domingo, un local comercial y una vivienda colapsaron en el barrio Maranatha del municipio de Sos\u00faa, dejando en evidencia la urgente necesidad de intervenci\u00f3n estatal en zonas vulnerables.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El colapso, producto de la saturaci\u00f3n del terreno por las lluvias, afortunadamente no dej\u00f3 v\u00edctimas humanas, ya que los propietarios hab\u00edan trasladado previamente su mercanc\u00eda a otro punto cercano.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pedro Coronado Tejada, miembro de la comunidad, lament\u00f3 que las autoridades no actuaran a tiempo:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cEsto es una cr\u00f3nica de una muerte anunciada. Se sab\u00eda que esto pod\u00eda pasar y no se hizo nada para prevenirlo.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Llamado a las autoridades<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El propietario del local, Deciderio Mart\u00ednez de la Cruz (Nan), solicit\u00f3 al presidente Luis Abinader que ordene la colocaci\u00f3n de gaviones como medida para evitar que otras casas corran la misma suerte.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La Federaci\u00f3n de Juntas de Vecinos de Sos\u00faa, encabezada por su presidente G\u00e9nero Garc\u00eda, tambi\u00e9n exigi\u00f3 la reubicaci\u00f3n inmediata de las familias que habitan en zonas cercanas a r\u00edos y ca\u00f1adas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cNo podemos seguir arriesgando vidas cada vez que llueve.
