La gente ondeaba palmas con las que proclamaban la entrada triunfal de <strong>Jes\u00fas a Jerusal\u00e9n<\/strong>, como lo establecen los textos b\u00edblicos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Como cada a\u00f1o, la <strong>iglesia<\/strong> <strong>Las<\/strong> Mercedes de la Ciudad Colonial, Distrito Nacional, realiz\u00f3 una <strong>procesi\u00f3n<\/strong> por calles de la zona y, aunque esta vez la cantidad de feligreses fue menor que otros a\u00f1os, muchos adultos y j\u00f3venes se integraron para luego participar de la eucarist\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La <strong>procesi\u00f3n<\/strong> fue encabezada por el p\u00e1rroco Frankely Rodr\u00edguez. Durante el recorrido feligreses cargaron la imagen de Jes\u00fas encima de un <strong>burro<\/strong> mientras los participantes ondeaban ramas de palma, s\u00edmbolo de la alegr\u00eda que caracteriza este d\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De igual manera, la <strong>parroquia<\/strong> <strong>San<\/strong> Mart\u00edn de Porres, en el municipio\u00a0 <strong>Santo<\/strong> <strong>Domingo<\/strong> Este, realiz\u00f3 su <strong>procesi\u00f3n<\/strong> encabezada por su p\u00e1rroco N\u00e9stor Var\u00f3n. Lo mismo otras <strong>parroquias<\/strong> del Gran <strong>Santo<\/strong> <strong>Domingo<\/strong> y de las provincias. Decenas de feligreses se congregaron en el parque conocido como La Amapola y de ah\u00ed caminaron hasta la sede parroquial.<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-93331\" src=\"https:\/\/infoelnuevonorte.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/romsmm-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"2560\" height=\"1706\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La <strong>parroquia<\/strong> <strong>San<\/strong> Vicente de Paul tambi\u00e9n realiz\u00f3 su <strong>procesi\u00f3n<\/strong> desde las 8:00 de la ma\u00f1ana. Entonando <strong>c\u00e1nticos<\/strong> de alabanza los cristianos recorrieron varias calles de Los Mina para terminar con una misa que ofici\u00f3 el p\u00e1rroco Pelagio Taveras.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Otras <strong>di\u00f3cesis <\/strong>del pa\u00eds tambi\u00e9n hicieron igual ritual religioso que es una costumbre de los <strong>cat\u00f3licos<\/strong> diseminados en todo el mundo.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>La Semana Santa<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0La <strong>Semana<\/strong> <strong>Santa<\/strong>, <strong>Semana<\/strong> Mayor o <strong>Semana<\/strong> Grande como se le conocen en varios pa\u00edses, es el inicio de la pasi\u00f3n, muerte y resurrecci\u00f3n de Jesucristo, el acontecimiento m\u00e1s importante de la <strong>Iglesia<\/strong> <strong>Cat\u00f3lica<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En el <strong>Lunes<\/strong> <strong>Santo<\/strong>, llamado tambi\u00e9n \"<strong>Lunes<\/strong> de Autoridad\", Jes\u00fas se manifiesta ante el pueblo; el \"<strong>Martes<\/strong> <strong>Santo<\/strong>\" o de \"Controversia\", porque Jes\u00fas se enfrenta a las autoridades religiosas de la \u00e9poca. Para el \"<strong>Mi\u00e9rcoles<\/strong> <strong>Santo<\/strong>\" la <strong>Iglesia<\/strong> se reserva ese d\u00eda para penitencia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\"El <strong>Jueves<\/strong> <strong>Santo<\/strong>\" es para mostrar la humildad de Jes\u00fas al lavar los pies de sus disc\u00edpulos, pero adem\u00e1s es el d\u00eda de la instauraci\u00f3n de eucarist\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En el <strong>sacerdocio<\/strong> <strong>ministerial<\/strong> se renuevan los votos y se bendicen y entregan los santos \u00f3leos a las distintas <strong>parroquias<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ese d\u00eda se inicia la <strong>Pascua<\/strong> <strong>Juvenil<\/strong> e infantil en algunas <strong>parroquias<\/strong> hasta el \"<strong>Domingo<\/strong> de <strong>Resurrecci\u00f3n<\/strong>\". El \"<strong>Viernes<\/strong> <strong>Santo<\/strong>\" es el d\u00eda de luto, recuerda la pasi\u00f3n y muerte de Jes\u00fas, mientras que el \"<strong>S\u00e1bado<\/strong> <strong>Santo<\/strong>\", el segundo d\u00eda del Triduo Pascual, la <strong>Iglesia<\/strong> est\u00e1 en espera.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>La gran celebraci\u00f3n <\/strong><\/p>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El \"Domingo de Resurrecci\u00f3n\" se inicia con la vigilia pascual la noche del s\u00e1bado.
