A pesar de su acreditaci\u00f3n y de formar parte de un operativo nacional, el personal fue obligado a retirarse del lugar, violando el principio de libre tr\u00e1nsito consagrado en la Constituci\u00f3n dominicana.<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-94833\" src=\"https:\/\/infoelnuevonorte.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/WhatsApp-Image-2025-04-20-at-5.41.57-PM-scaled.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"2560\" height=\"2560\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201c\u00bfDesde cu\u00e1ndo Costambar es una Rep\u00fablica Independiente dentro de Puerto Plata?\u201d, cuestionaron comunitarios y miembros de organismos de emergencia al conocer el hecho.
