Esto se pronunci\u00f3 en respuesta a rumores sobre supuestas cancelaciones de vuelos en esta terminal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Rodr\u00edguez Dur\u00e1n explic\u00f3 que, aunque el Sistema de Instrumento de Aterrizaje (ILS, por sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s) del AILA ha presentado inconvenientes durante un tiempo, esto no ha desencadenado interrupciones ni cancelaciones de operaciones. Asegur\u00f3 que otros instrumentos de navegaci\u00f3n a\u00e9rea, como radar, equipos de radioayuda, GPS y otras tecnolog\u00edas terrestres, permiten mantener la operatividad de manera efectiva.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cQuiero aclarar que las operaciones en el Aeropuerto Las Am\u00e9ricas transcurren con normalidad, a excepci\u00f3n de situaciones clim\u00e1ticas. Los protocolos establecidos son claros sobre las acciones que deben tomar los pilotos\u201d, enfatiz\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En relaci\u00f3n a la situaci\u00f3n del ILS, el director del IDAC se\u00f1al\u00f3 que, al asumir su cargo, fue informado por los t\u00e9cnicos sobre las debilidades de este equipo. Por ello, se ha incluido en el plan de compras de este a\u00f1o la adquisici\u00f3n de un moderno ILS, que se instalar\u00e1 en los pr\u00f3ximos meses para reemplazar el actual.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adem\u00e1s, Rodr\u00edguez Dur\u00e1n anunci\u00f3 que en aproximadamente 90 d\u00edas entrar\u00e1 en operaci\u00f3n un nuevo equipo de radar modo C.
